Customer problems first. Product second.
I studied Business Information Systems at Suez Canal University, where I learned both programming and accounting. During university I didn't wait to start building: I grew an e-commerce brand, built systems for a content and automation agency, designed a loyalty mobile app, and launched NFC payment and marketing products for shops.
What I care about most is the customer's real problem, the data behind a decision, and the small details that compound into big results. Now I want to grow as a Product Manager inside a team that builds fintech and commerce products at scale, and learn from people who have done it before.
